Ancient Cards, Modern Insights: The Expert Secrets of Mahjong Readings for Entrepreneurs

I’ve been conducting Mahjong readings for many years, and I find it fascinating how the cards reflect real-life situations. I’ve worked with groups from the Entrepreneurial Organization (EO) in multiple countries, spent a day reading for HSBC Bank’s premier clients, and even read for a famous actress, Ly Nha Ky. Over time, I’ve noticed something consistent among successful people: they tend to draw cards that suggest strong outcomes.

Two cards, in particular, often come up. First is the Red Dragon, which I associate with wealth. It seems to show up frequently for entrepreneurs and business executives, hinting at prosperity or financial good fortune. The second involves what I call “guardian angels,” a different card that points to supportive forces or helpful influences that appear to protect and guide the person. When these cards appear together, it usually reflects a great success.
That said, not every session is a wave of good news. Once, I read for an EO group in the Philippines, and they drew different cards—Fire (signaling stress) and North (hinting at money or resource issues). Not too long after that, Duterte took office, and many business owners faced intense worry or actual financial strain. It was a stark reminder that while Mahjong readings can indicate favorable prospects, they can also warn us of possible roadblocks ahead.
I don’t claim to know exactly how the cards do this. What I do know is that the readings often match people’s experiences in surprising ways, which is why I continue to share this practice. Whether it’s a sign of wealth, a nudge about stress, or a hint of supportive “guardian angels,” Mahjong seems to bring clarity to the ups and downs of real life.
